I tried to buy 2 swimming robes for a holiday in a weeks time, had several incorrect delivery promises from delivery company which would all have been too late.

Ordered item before the end of day paid for next day delivery. Had an email from delivery company, saying they will let me know when item has been collected, and on route for delivering, still haven't heard anything, and going by the reviews I've read, next day delivery is useless,so if I haven't had a delivery by end of day, they will be refunding me my money.

I ordered some items of clothing on the 1st of November 2023. As yet I’m still waiting for my order. I emailed them. They said delivery was 3 -15 days. As yet, nothing.

6 out of 5 then there must be a million bad reviews Trustpilot haven't added onto the scoring system , in stock items aren't in stock , they claim anything that isn't available , you wil be notified , total lies , I made one largeish order , all classed as "Instock" , it got split into 4 seperate orders , the 4th delivery didn't even show up on the order at all despite it being on my original order sheet , so over 3w weeks to get one simple order completed .

I pointed out that they had arranged the collection so should be aware of the delivery address.

Not a rating low enough Purchased a tent on a Sunday paid for premium next day delivery Tuesday - emailed to chase Wed - still nothing , they told me it was with the courier and be with me soon- I made it clear I needed by 6pm Thursday Thursday- still nothing- emailed - responded with ‘please wait 3-5 more days’! Called them, item ‘missing’ we can refund it will be with you in 5 days ….

Total loss for Go Outdoors, I would advise anyone that finds it cheaper to either refuse delivery or return your items to Go Outdoors, that way they’ll learn how not to mess customers around, it will cost them more money in the long run.

These arrived promptly even more badly damaged than the first lot, the courier refused to take them back even though I said I would not accept the delivery " as it had gone off his machine" - wouldn't get paid for the delivery more like.

While I was there, not collecting my order, I was advised that I needed to select the delivery option if I actually wanted to receive the order.
