Was informed all the way that all of my two items were been picked, working their way through the warehouse, on route to the store, and then come and get them, but when i got there one item was apparently unavailable and i had to settle for a lesser item off the shelf, was told the item missing would be credited back to my account but im still waiting, not good really. Can some one look into this and let me know what went wrong. TP21106.
