“ Purchased two items two weeks ago and only one has turned up, I have sent numerous emails about this and had zero response as of yet! I tried to ring customer services but it was a 25 minute wait and i didn't have time. It's a shame this could be a really good store they just need to improve the customer service drastically. ”

“ Worst service out. Ordered an item said it had been sent, but it wasn't at all the store didn't even bother. Told to re-order it did that and again didn't receive. Now they don't sell it. Total ripe off. They didn't refund me postage. ”
