My bike had a minor problem with 1 of the cogs on the 9 speed rear cassette but by the time Go Outdoors had finished with it my bike was virtually un-rideable & all at the cost of £75, also their online customer service was a waste of time.

Very bad customer service.
Purchased a Portable Power Washer 8 Litre online, Arrived and the spray part of the lance was missing out the box... Phoned Customer services was on the phone 30 minuets and the lady still unable to help or understand what the problem was then put the phone down on me.
Note to management listen to the recorded telephone conversation in full and re train
