buying on line is just appalling , very little stock , what does come is wrong , you pay for postage , items so cheap try getting them ? , keep offering sale items but out of stock , then try getting a refund , customer service is around 45 mins on the phone then you have to try to get a refund , by far the worst company to deal with .

Purchased two items two weeks ago and only one has turned up, I have sent numerous emails about this and had zero response as of yet! I tried to ring customer services but it was a 25 minute wait and i didn't have time. It's a shame this could be a really good store they just need to improve the customer service drastically.

Worst service out. Ordered an item said it had been sent, but it wasn't at all the store didn't even bother. Told to re-order it did that and again didn't receive. Now they don't sell it. Total ripe off. They didn't refund me postage.

We were literally sitting on thousands of dollars of giftccards and despite some really kind customer service people, they didn't even compensate us for our time.

My bike had a minor problem with 1 of the cogs on the 9 speed rear cassette but by the time Go Outdoors had finished with it my bike was virtually un-rideable & all at the cost of £75, also their online customer service was a waste of time.

on hold for half an hour then gave up. have also been fed incorrect information by customer service that led me to make a pointless 2 hour round trip to an in person store.

My question was how have you credited me when I paid in cash, the response was for me to phone "Customer Service" and they didn't have a number, I should go online to find it.

Very bad customer service. Purchased a Portable Power Washer 8 Litre online, Arrived and the spray part of the lance was missing out the box... Phoned Customer services was on the phone 30 minuets and the lady still unable to help or understand what the problem was then put the phone down on me. Note to management listen to the recorded telephone conversation in full and re train
