Nothing in returns policy to advise of this… 2 phone calls to customer service, one was disconnected by “advisor” and I use that term loosely and second call by a person who had no clue how to resolve.

Poor returns service - now waited 14 days for a refund, Made contact and just told to wait. They have obviously lost my return.
You can see that all the other positive reviews on here are made up.

Bought Higear boots 13 months ago from Go Outdoors, Wolverhampton store - sole of one boot came off last Sunday (3/1/21) - complained & was told 12 months was standard returns limit. Only worn boots about 30 times walking about 6 miles each time. Cost per mile more expensive than an Aston Martin. Pathetic. One star too many!! Won't be going again!! Mel Ballard

The delivery was late by heroes (no surprise) and therefore the birthday present lost. In annoyance I contacted them and only today they have replied. 5 days later. I now understand that no returns are allowed unless you have a quality issue with the product. I haven't even opened the package as late. Shamefull terms.
