“The quotes came up fine as normal. I nominated to use 'Privilege' Insurance and from there on everything went wrong and I was unable to pay for the insurance. A very user unfriendly site to navigate, I will have to try another company on the list.”

Sometimes internet history can affect the way a website functions, so you could try clearing your internet history, cookies and cache. Alternatively you can get in touch with the insurer directly quoting your GoCompare reference number. Doing this will ensure you are still eligible for our £250 excess protection cover.
