“If a private plate is transferred it is impossible to complete a transaction on your site. I went another route which was very stressful. Very, very poor performance from you.”

Hi, Thanks for leaving your feedback. We pull vehicle information from a shared database. Depending on when the private plate was put on the vehicle, it may not have updated yet unfortunately. Alternatively you can enter the vehicle details manually such as make, model and engine size, Please accept our apologies if you found this method stressful to complete. Insurer's prices are based on information about you, such as your age, driving experience and vehicle details. Using your email, we can see the most recent quote was obtained on 18/05/2020. Insurers also use real time pricing, which means that prices are only guaranteed at the time of the quote. It's very likely that your quotes will change if you return to buy later. Sometimes internet history can affect the way a website functions, so you could try clearing your internet history, cookies and cache.
