“The only feedback I can give to improve a customer experience is to suggest to the company, please reduce the harassment calls through your public agents, we both had no less than 21 calls from them same number to try and sell or encourage us to renew our car insurance. It's too much and very nearly cost you the sale.”

“Found me a good quote. Choose to go with it. I was redirect to the company's website site with then said on many attempts it could not find my quote and I should ring them directly. After 25 minutes on a premium number I finally get my insurance paid. I'v now got a £7 phone bill for the call that could not be directed. And as I had to ring the company I will not receive my toy. Even though I went with you Web sites best offer and followed the links.”

“Go Compare showed that my current insurer had cheaper insurance than those listed ( even though on your list they were shown as not able to provide insurance). At the end of the month it will take a long time to talk to insurers. All the quotes I have had recently increase as soon as you go through to the insurer.”

“Beware... The old saying "if it seems too good to be true" it probably is The lowest quote produced for car insurance came in at £150+. After wasting time filling in the data the quote jumped to nearly £500 Stick to recognised national providers is my advice. There quotes ALL stayed the same”

“I was really disappointed that once I got my quotes the follow up link didn't work, so I then proceeded to call Hastings Direct to complete the quote. I did this on a Saturday and they answered saying that they would be closing in 10 minutes so couldn't help me until Monday. Someone was meant to call me back on the Monday before 10am, then didn't. I called them again at 1ish and by that point my quote had increased by £360, this is not a small amount of money. When I expressed by dismay to the sales team they where very unhelpful. Because of this I would think twice about recommending the service.”
