“Despite giving me a range of companies to choose from none were covering the details I had filled in, although at first sight they looked encouraging. I wanted classic car cover specifically, but most were giving a general cover, several times greater than one I have found for myself, several started off looking good value, until I added up the "extras", bringing the final cost some £63 above the one I have signed with!!! Not impressed!!!”

“I feel I was let down. I was attracted by the offer of discounted dining, however, it was not until my money had been taken by you that I found there were NO participating venues anywhere near me. To add insult to injury I would have to pay you again if I cancelled to go with another provider who do a better dining deal!!”

“Went to do a van insurance quote. Accepted the quote and paid the amount asked, just to be told that payment wasn't taken and that I was to ring a 0333 number to finish my claim.”

“It’s impossible to get a normal quote on online from insurers to make van insurance with hire and reward option with 8 years of accident free full EU licence...Ridiculous... Instead they call like no tomorrow and harassing on private phone.”
