“Terrible experience! I won’t be using you again and will tell all my colleagues about the fact that your web site is so clunky that I couldn’t complete the purchase even after 4 attempts. I ended up talking to a customer services rep who took me through it all. I always prefer to buy on line so didn’t like this time wasting exercise. I hope you use this feedback to improve the customer experience which was appalling.”
