Everytime I tried to navigate to pay ,I met a stumbling block it said I needed a email address which I supplied only for the portal site to say the email I added did not exist? so I tried another same problem, and it's sad really as you do not use phones, so I could speak to you the sale was lost, sorry but 1 was the best score I could give ..

I found it very difficult to use the website as it kept freezing and crashing. I inserted my card details, but then after inserting my card details, I received notification stating Lloyds Bank was unable to accept me proceeding insuring my car. Due to me taking someone to the hospital, it was imperative I get my car insured. The next day I called a different insurance company to insure the car, but when I proceeded to pay the deposit, I had insufficient funds! I called my bank and they stated that Lloyds Bank had debited the amount of £179.00 which now left my account with no funds. Having stated the above, I would be grateful if you could please refund the sum of £179.00, thank you.

You all didn't help Me at all so my van is still without an insurance so I'm not happy

Hi Kevin, Expensive insurance quotes? That’s not what we like to hear! GoCompare are a comparison website, not an insurer or broker, so we have no influence on the prices that are returned to you. Insurance companies return prices to you based on many risk factors such as age, driving experience and vehicle details. I’m sorry our quotes were not competitive for you on this occasion. Your data transfer with Bennett is rubbish. I ended up with a lot higher quote because questions did not transfer correctly

I see go compare as a layer of information that increases the cost of insurance & your tenor is past his sell by date

They give quotes on line then change it to a higher price when you phone them!

Can't take out a policy with you because every time I click on 'proceed' in order to pay you come up with. 'there has been an error. I have tried to pay for a policy at least 20 times and every time you come up with. 'there has been an error'.you are hopeless.

I had a quote for £395,then I was hit by another vehicle in a complete non fault accident and suddenly the price went up by over £200 even with protected no claims on my policy for over 20 years.
