“They give you a good price,but then you have to add any extras you want on at the end,such as breakdown cover,protected no claims bonus and so on,so the price they quote you is not the final price you pay.”

“The cheapness of the insurances. I feel that your prices and the insurance companys are different you give one price and when you go to the site the price is nearly always higher”

“Returned to go compare to get an car insurance quote and got a quote I was happy with, I clicked on the price only to be notified that the price had gone up by £7.85, I clicked back to find out why it had increased but nothing showed, when I phoned the company they said it could be that you got the quote and then went on to take it out fifteen minutes later, when I explained I clicked straight away he couldn’t explain why it had increased, I was disappointed and have since passed the info over to a few guys I work with, I would not use this site in the future, I don’t mind paying what I see but when I price in increased without an explanation on why it has I feel a bit ripped off, I’m a single guy with a single income, every single penny counts to me, not happy”
