“It didn't make me happy! The premiums quoted were over twice those I paid last year and the company that I currently use wasn't even in the list of insurers, Added to that, why is it that comparison companies ask if an applicant has an IAM qualification. What about a RoSPA qualification (which is generally regarded as the highest in the advanced driving arena)?”

“It did not actually make me happy. I gave it a middling rating because last year after insuring my car via the Go Compare site (which I di because of the offer of a meerkat) I made a claim for one but never received it.”

“the price was good but there was a problem when u click to buy and it take your to the ensurer the price went up by £50 so i try to phone but the phone was not answered after in a queue for over 25 min so gave up try the next cheapest quote same thing the prices change”

“Straight forward procedure. Carried details over from previous year, however, the wrong ncb. was used , resulting in a false quote. Had to phone company to sort it. End result was still a very good premium.”

“It made me happy on most questions bar 1. You asked the question, 'How long have you held a full license, and your maximum amount stated is 20+ years. We all know how stupid computers are so my insurance company has interpreted this as 20 years which is wrong as I passed my test in the early sixties! We also all know that incorrect information on insurance policy details can invalidate the policy. I'll leave this one with you”
