“Saves your details from 1 yr to the next BUT the prices quoted are never the end price you finally get given, so I guess a waste of time. Companies need to be more up front.”

“Price comparison good. BAD facet was that incident / claims information entered on Gocompare were not correctly transposed to vendors site. Fortunately all details were rechecked on vendor site but otherwise false statements would have been made. Having to check everything repeatedly was not good.”

“Get rid of Bike Sure and other companies that are designed to make money by cancelling people's policies. So they give you cheap quotes and then find problems, and then you have to pay them a lot more to keep the policy.”

“As a price comparison site, you were able to halve my renewal premium based upon similar cover. The DeFacto ratings were also very useful. Unfortunately, your B2B platform let you down. I was not transferred to the Insurer’s website when looking to buy cover and it appeared that some cover choices I made were not clear in the quotation they could reference”
