“when calling the actual insurer it turned out the additional driver information hadn't been accounted for even though it was added on go compare, which did increase the insurance price of the cheapest quote, I did purchase insurance from them even with the increase but it left me thinking whether all the others on the list had included the "missing" information.”

“Eventually got the quotes I wanted, but as I had been a previous customer, it kept on bringing up my previous quotes and jumbling up the quotes for me and my partner. Some options I was not able to change so I am now known as Mr!”

“I found that some of the details were not picked up by the quote. My wifes claims which were logged on Go Compare account were not taken into account by the providers ,which led to higher quotes.”

“Despite having a large collection of quotes lots of insurance increased when moving to the insurance site. It was cheaper for myself to go directly to the provider I found. On the plus side it gave a good comparison of firms out there.”

“Found a low cost insurer for my motorcycle cover. All great up to payment. Thereafter the insurer has been less than great - wanting all kinds of documents that I've not been asked for before. Can there be a more dleightful way of whiling away a few hours than in pursuit of motor cover renewal .... remember insurance brolkers and how thay used to do all the footslog....?”
