“We decided to cancel our Insurance with Van Line but they will not let us , they have put the direct debit thought as well and then they said they would ring us back, after we said to cancel the policy , but they did not ring back. we been ring for two days now , over a hour on the phone today but still holding on cannot believe such a Company . Look on their reports and lots of unhappy people using Van Line. We have 14 days by Law to cancel a Policy but they will not let us.”

“The process of assessing home insurance policies on offer via GoCompare was thorough and straightforward but decisions are made on a wider range of criteria than price. It was disappointing that it was not really possible to access quality of service assessments such as defaqto scores. In the end my decisions were based partly on price and but also on the reputation of suppliers in unrelated fields. Not very satisfactory.”
