“Good Morning, Just finished my monthly hire with Go Rentals. I normally use enterprise, however last month they stitched me up so I then found Go Rental which was within walking distance. I got a free upgrade to a brand new vehicle, 69plate with 129 miles on the clock. Just brought the vehicle back and although I scratched it slightly, the guys in the office was very understanding and never charged me for such minor damage, enterprise would of ripped my hand off! Just want to say, massive thank you to everybody in the office. You guys were great :) Will use again, 100 per cent.”

“I recently hired a van from gorentals and i realised to check their reviews and though to my self they have some bad reviews and i didn't know what to expect but my van came on time and was picked up on time exactly the how i wanted, my security deposit of £250.00 was refunded on the same day to my account.”

“i have hired an automatic van from go… i have hired an automatic van from go rentals, i must say their customer service is very high and i was very happy with the service.i had the van delivered and picked up at my address, driver was very friendly and very professional. i definitely recommend them”

“Fantastic company. We had a great experience hiring from GO Rentals. The airport pickup was easy and very quick. GO Rentals use good technology to process the hire and driver details quickly. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue caused by another driver in Queenstown and GO sorted us out. Highly recommended for service, and great prices too.”

“Absolutely appalling service! Go rentals are currently with holding our excess fee of £1500 even though the other driver accepted full liability, the car has been repaired and the other driver’s insurance had paid out. We have been in an ongoing dispute for 4 months now to the point where go rentals are not emailing us back and have refused to pass on higher management details to escalate our complaint further. Very very disappointed”

“• Go Rentals [NewZealand] are astute thieves. They slap you with a 10% cancellation fees immediately (not even a wait period of 24 hours) even if the booking is made for 3 months in future without disclosing this information (buried somewhere deep in their fine print). This practice deviates from all standard practices of renting cars in New Zealand, where free cancellation, 24 hr cancellation, 48 hour cancellation or in some rare cases (such as Ace) even 14 days cancellation policy are in effect. They make every attempt to hide this information from you until you make the booking. They are a shame for kiwis and New Zealanders.”

“WHAT A TOTAL RIP-OFF AND HORRIBLE COMPANY. I rented a car at a local FBO in Nashville. I told the person on the phone that I wanted a large SUV when I reserved it. When I landed, I happened to look at the rental agreement I was signing, and IT WAS $350.00 PER DAY. I immediately called, told them I do NOT rent $350 per day cars and I would Uber rather than pay this STUPID PRICE, and they were a RIPOFF. They decided any rental was better than no rental and dropped to a more reasonable rate and one that compared with National / Hertz at $189 for a Large SUV for the day. I am sure many people fly into an FBO and don't bother to look at the rental agreement's cost or are embarrassed to call and complain while their traveling party is ready to get into the car and get on their way??? Seems that Go Rentals has found a way to take advantage of people who they think don't care about cost because they fly into an FBO on private planes. HUGE INTEGRITY, MORALS, AND FAIRNESS ISSUES IN THIS COMPANY!!!! AVOID GO RENTALS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
