“My less than 2 year old a/c unit went down due to bad pump. Got a worker to find the problem the next day. Was told someone would taking care of us. No follow up calls, nobody told us it would be a week to replace a pump. 30k a/c unit and I am not impressed with this company.”
“The fitting of the ac etc was good and efficient BUT the customers service after is none existent - not sure why this is - they have good advertising — but they should up their game with the customer service”
