“I have been using Goettl for about 3 years for my home plumbing and AC needs. I have always been impressed with the politeness and professionalism of all the people they send to me, but today was incredible! They sent a plumber out to my home for an inspection. His name is Darean Guerra. I was surprised at how young he was, but thought we'll see what he can do. My goodness! He was polite, amiable, contentious, knowledgeable...I was so impressed with not only his skill, but him as a human being. We chatted about many things during his visit here. This young man is really going somewhere in his life. He asked me several times if there was anything he could do for me. I am 65 and my strength isn't what it once was. I can do it, but he insisted and put a 50# bag of salt into my soft water barrel for me without me even asking. I know this may not sound like much, but he was just so sweet. He loves his job, he is ambitious and is a good soul. It is so rare that you see kids these days that have such good character and ethics. I told him his mama should be proud. No doubt he is a very valuable employee for Geottl. Whoever, does the hiring there has a really good picker. As I said everyone I have dealt with has been very kind, but this young man was truly above and beyond. Thank you Darean.”
“We had a clogged kitchen drain which our handyman could not fix. We saw all the advertisements from Goettl about drain cleaning. Called them and they were out the next day. We were so fortunate to have Eric Smith as our plumber/technician.... he was so courteous, experienced and friendly!!! Eric needed to come back the next day with some additional equipment. He told us he would be at our home between 9-10AM. He was right on time, corrected the problem and we are now happy Goettl customers forever. Thank you, thank you.... thank you Eric!!!!! “We had to call Goettl on a Sunday morning due to a clogged kitchen sink. From the very start with Larry the dispatcher, through the fix with Dylon the plumber it was a very easy and pleasant experience. Larry was very nice and informed us of everything prior to even setting a time, and made sure we understood it all. Dylon arrived in the time frame we agreed. He was very professional, courteous, clean, and respectful of our property. He cleared our drain in no time. Very pleasant experience from start to finish.”
