“Don't buy from them. They lie saying they have refunded. When they haven't. They charge for returns for their mistakes. They don't respond to emails and only respond via PayPal no guts the reply to their customers. Shocking company 😑”
“Just got my glasses today. They are HORRIBLE. Everything’s distorted. It’s like looking into a fun house mirror at a carnival. I started a chat which obviously was with a bot and after answering a question the bot never came back. I tried again and was given unclear instructions so I asked another question but the bot had already disconnected from me. I received an email with more instructions at this point my heads spinning. I should be on the payroll if I need to work this hard just to talk to somebody. Aside from the glasses being distorted, they are also very, very cheaply made. They feel like kids toy dress up glasses. For my own piece of mind I’m probably going to chalk this up as a loss. This company could care less about their customers. It comes down to “you get what you pay for””
“I wasnt happy with the first pair but that was my fault so i let them know they changed them straight away. postage took a while but i think that's due to covid and coming from abroad, was happy to wait.”

Company offered me a code to order another pair..
been waiting 3 weeks now ... being the covid virus I understand the delay..

“when received they were totally unacceptable you couldn't see through them, when i emailed them to explain i was told to send a copy of the prescription which was sent but i am still waiting.That as now is over 4 weeks from the very beginning.

“Firstly site very easy to use. The customer services were extremely quick to respond and also very helpful. I ordered my glasses from Goggles4u as a first time customer and received them within 7 days by special courier. I messed up with the order.I didnt measure correctly. I contacted them immediately. They told me to reorder at no extra cost and within 5 days my second pair were delivered. They were a perfect fit and extremely comfortable. nit to mention a quarter of the price. £50 for varifocals. I would recommend this company over and over again.
A certain other high street company, after discounts etc, wanted to charge me 140.00 for exactly the same pair.”
