“Just got my glasses today. They are HORRIBLE. Everything’s distorted. It’s like looking into a fun house mirror at a carnival. I started a chat which obviously was with a bot and after answering a question the bot never came back. I tried again and was given unclear instructions so I asked another question but the bot had already disconnected from me. I received an email with more instructions at this point my heads spinning. I should be on the payroll if I need to work this hard just to talk to somebody. Aside from the glasses being distorted, they are also very, very cheaply made. They feel like kids toy dress up glasses. For my own piece of mind I’m probably going to chalk this up as a loss. This company could care less about their customers. It comes down to “you get what you pay for””
