Refund - Difficult

Worst company ever. Car was over 100k miles on the clock. Had a mechanical problem and couldn’t get a different car nor a cancellation of contract. Refund of deposit still not received. Was overcharged on my deposit.

In the spirit of mutual cooperation and in light of the agreed rental price, I fully tried to get a refund of the amount charged.

Was charged extra insurance. Also charged a deposit. Was under the impression from the staff than only 52 euros was an extra insurance which I was ok with, but they ended up charging me about 140 euros. Scam. Still haven't even received my fuel deposit refund nearly two weeks later, so all in all, I have been charged £300 plus my original payment of £100. Disgusting company.

When I received my deposit refund they deducted a further £180 for excess mileage.

I was told all that was left to deal with was a deposit for fuel that would be fully refunded once the car was returned with a full tank.

The representative was not only incompetent but also rude, informing me that I needed an international license and that she couldn’t issue an immediate refund.

The car broke down They told me to go 100 miles for a replacement!!!! And no response to 10 requests for a refund

I insisted then on getting a refund , the very unhelpfull assistant, Claudia, would not help and said I had to contact their customer service who would arrange refund.

This is the worst car rental company I've ever dealt with! They completely take advantage of their customers and steal your money. After paying for a rental, they refused to accept my passport as valid ID, leaving me unable to rent the car. When we requested a refund, we never received a single penny back. Avoid them at all costs!
