We dispatched this item on the very next day we received your order an express service. We are not sure why the delivery agent has failed to deliver on multiple occasions. We will be raising a case with them as this is not an acceptable service that we pay for. As for your express shipping payment, we have already refunded you this amount so you are not out of pocket.
