Sent several messages but only ever received the automated response. Gave up as clearly not interested because I live in Spain and I had concerns about delivery. Unable to rate beyond my limited contact.

Yodel were contracted to deliver the product. We tracked the delivery van around our town & they didn’t even enter our road & yet they sent a message saying “they missed us”. Total lies from the driver on a Friday afternoon !!Yodel now claim they can’t deliver as their drivers don’t have mobile phones... how pathetic!!!

Dear Anamelechi, Thank you for informing us about your failed delivery. Our sincere apologies for the failed deliveries on behalf of the delivery agent. We dispatched this item on the very next day we received your order an express service. We are not sure why the delivery agent has failed to deliver on multiple occasions. We will be raising a case with them as this is not an acceptable service that we pay for. As for your express shipping payment, we have already refunded you this amount so you are not out of pocket. The service is very good and faster than sevreral years ago. It is a bit inconvenient because of the limited communicable time for buyin Ping clubs.
