“Called them 12/28/19 to schedule pickup of a treadmill two weeks in advance (for a price exceeding the delivery and setup of the new treadmill I purchased). On the day scheduled, I received an EMAIL saying they had tried, but were unable to pick up the item and to call them. Upon calling, they stated that they "had no one in the area" who could pick the treadmill up! When asked why they couldn't tell me that when the order was placed (and my credit card charged!), they had no satisfactory response. What a terrible way to do business!”
“I ordered the service on 11/23 to pick up a couch and loveseat. They agreed to the day, time and distance for $100, HOWEVER, the day before pickup on 11/30 they called to say it was an extra $60 given the distance, which I agreed to pay, then they called the next day to cancel and reschedule to following day, When they finally arrived, they blocked my driveway for 1 hour to load the furniture. Completely unprofessional, terrible customer service, and not worth the time and cost!”
