“After searching online for a new healthy puppy which can be quite challenging and over-whelming, I came upon Good Dog. They made it simple to find a good source for a breeder. We knew we had to be careful to make sure the breeder was reputable and had the best interest of their puppies and who they are placed with in mind. Good Dog provided a comprehensive questionnaire to get to know us and what traits we wanted in a puppy and then another form to evaluate specific needs such as your life style and activity ie want a running mate or just want a companion. This was all done with privacy for us as well as the breeder. Once in contact with the breeder, we couldn't say enough about our experience. They were very informative, supportive and provided answers to all questions in a timely manner. Also provided pictures and video of the litter and introduced each puppy. The breeder truly cares about each and every puppy and has a strong desire to place in the best home possible. We now appreciate the vetting process through Good Dog to make that happen and put our minds at ease. We look forward to picking up our little one soon.”

“We started looking for a dog/puppy about 2 months ago and quickly realized that it is not an easy process. You have to sign your name in blood to get on a list to adopt a dog, It was not an easy process. After we decided we really wanted a German Shepherd (having had them in the past) we felt that getting a puppy was the best fit for our situation. Searching for a breeder on the internet is not easy. Covid-19 makes it hard to connect or to see the situations that puppies are raised in. We finally found Good Dog and found a breeder that has already been vetted. It gave us an extra measure of reassurance to know that Good Dog has done some of the homework for us. We are currently waiting on a puppy from Von Dawn German Shepherds. I was impressed with the application process and also spoke iwth Dawn for about an hour on the phone before sending in my deposit. She was able to answer my major questions and was able to tell that she is a careful breeder who loves her dogs. Can't wait for our new baby to be old enough to bring home! And we appreciate the help from Good Dog in finding her.”
“Vinton Valley, a Florida breeder of Australian Labradoodles is operating a Puppy Scam and she has a listing on Good Dog. Yvette Vinton, the owner of the company took a $500 deposit from me early May 2020 for a puppy. Despite her multiple promises that she would have puppies available, she has no pregnant Dams and no puppies available 3 months later. She told me that she has received dozens of deposits and there are no puppies, per her own website. I complained to Good Dog and sent them extensive documentation, They sent me an email that her business does not violate their "Community Standards at this time" and they are not going to remove her listing. Apparently running a Pet Scam is not enough for Good Dog to ban a bad breeder from using their site to collect deposits from trusting people like me. I am very disappointed in Good Dog's business model.”
