“I was a little disappointed by the number of substitutions,non of which. I would have picked so I will probably in all honesty not place another order”
“Our first delivery was hit and miss. The honey and chilli peanuts were 10/10 amazing, as we're the honest cashews. We're looking forward to trying the other nuts we ordered!
The different dried fruits we ordered haven't been to out taste so far as they all taste the same. We didn't appreciate things we'd ordered being substituted rather than refunded, plus we were sent the wrong Brazil nuts, and we're pretty sure the Turkish delight we were sent was the wrong flavour too.
We shall order a second time and give this company a chance, but only because the coated nuts were the best we've ever tasted!”
“Whilst it was a very quick delivery, I found some of the nuts a little on the stale side ,some were supposed to be roasted but tasted soggy , the salted peanuts were very nice and the almonds ok but the cashew nuts not very nice !”
“On the whole very satisfied with both products and services, but I had a comment about Brazil Nuts that were all broken pieces and have not had a proper response. I find that to be not good service and probably won't order again

Sincere apologies for this issue. Due to supply issues with Whole Brazil Nuts currently, our warehouse have replaced in your order, with Chopped Brazil Nuts. The origin is the same, and purposely chopped for easier snacking.

“Good selection of fruit but I was thinking of healthy snacks that the kids would enjoy. Unfortunately even the kids said that they are too sweet. A lot of sugar!”
“Some of the delicious cashew nuts were burnt this time and hard, also one of my packets we’re substitute with a completely different product that I don’t like, so it went straight in the bin. It would be better to have missed that item out. The pistachios were fine.”

To be open and frank, (I ordered a big variety of things) some of the foods weren't of very high quality
For instance, the dried peaches were not sweet at all - I could only eat one and threw the rest away.
A lot of the dried fruits were more like candied fruits and very little of the flavour of the fruit itself.
I guess it is what it is but I was a bit disappointed overall”
“The kiwi and strawberry were very disappointing… no discernible fruit flavour … couldn’t tell the difference between them and unbearably sweet. Didn’t feel dehydrated just jellied.
I ordered the plain pork crackling and got Worcester sauce flavoured. I dislike Worcester sauce intensely so couldn’t eat them either.
The cinnamon cashews were delicious”
“You supply a wonderful variety of foods and we have been extremely happy with the quality and delivery. However, when we try and contact you we do not hear back. You have sent wrong items, sometimes missed items and we do not need substitutes which I have already contacted you about. It's ashame your customer service isn't as good as your nuts!”
