One items I received from my order was not as described. It looked like mush and I reported this on receipt and was told " there is a severe supply chain issues". Which shows me that they did not read my Email and blamed the warehouse for "substituting affected items". My item was not substituted, just not fit for human consumption.
No refund or replacement was offered.”
“I paid a premium price for Turkish Delight thinking it would be a premium product. It was awful. Pretzels substituted with another flavour i do not like, without asking. Have emailed three times to request return and refund, but no reply. Purchase from this supplier with caution.”

“Your nuts are okay but all the fruit variety (apple, papaya, kiwi) are too dry and hard, and are therefore too chewy and difficult to swallow.
I shall not be ordering again.
