“I rang the store for assistance locating a pair of size 9's I couldn't locate anywhere. Excellent Customer Service. (and I used to lead a Customer Service team so am very critical). Don't have the persons name I dealt with but I will definitely be dealing with them again.”

“Boots I ordered arrived the day after I ordered them. I was really impressed with the prompt delivery as postage was free. The only reason I have given 4 is because I could not register my debit card. I have had to use my son's paypal account.”

“Thank you for an efficient service. I loved the customer service touch you added in the box for my shoes. I am extremely pleased you had these shoes, as I had been going into Clark's 4 wks in a row, they kept telling me new ones would be getting delivered. This never came to light. So thank you. “Was very impressed with delivery time from placing the order to receiving the shoes. Ordered Wednesday at 5pm and was wearing them on Friday morning! Shoes fitted perfectly and were the cheapest of the style and make online. The pen and post-it note pad were a nice addition too. Excellent service and will use again.”

“Excellent service. I would definitely use you again. You were the only company I surfed that was prepared to accept the cost of return if the shoes did not fit, which in my experience is highly likely with modern shoes. I would never buy shoes on-line from a company that did not offer this service; and a friendly, helpful and reliable telephone service, which you also have by the way.”

“Ordered shoes on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday, which I thought was super fast. Right order, right size, everything was perfect. Thank you! And if for some reason it hadn't been perfect, there was a form in the box (along with a pen!) to complete if you needed to send the item back and explaining how to do this.”
