“It's great to see that a company that has been established for so long has moved with the times and is providing a first class online customer experience. The website is clear and easy to navigate, prices are good and delivery was very quick. The item we ordered on Saturday evening, arriving on Tuesday! The parcel was tracked and Bel's have a no quibble, free returns policy. We will definitely shop at Bell's again.”

“The best price I could find on the internet, at least £5 less than other outlets and postage in the price. What more could anyone want?! If necessary, free returns. Ordered on a Saturday morning and arrived by tracked post on the following Monday morning. Overall, an excellent supplier.”

“Very pleased to find the boots I wanted at a significantly discounted price. I ordered them on Friday lunchtime and got them on Saturday morning. Also very pleasant and helpful member of staff helped me with my order. Very satisfactory all round!”

“I received my shoes on 24 October and was very pleased with them - unfortunately one of the shoes was damaged - I rang customer services and explained the situation - the lady I spoke to was very helpful and very courteous and said that a replacement pair of shoes would be sent out to me - asking me to return the damaged shoes - I received a phone call the following day confirming that a replacement pair were available and asking me to confirm my address and post code - the instructions for returning a package were clear and easy to follow - I sent the damaged shoes back on 26 October - I received a replacement pair of shoes on 28 October - I am very impressed with the quality of service that I have been offered - at no expense to myself - thank you - Rosalind Kay”

“I am unable to buy shoes in Fethiye, Turkey - My feet are just too big, so I tried online and I am very impressed with not only the product, but the short amount of time it took for delivery. Thanks for saving my sanity. I will be ordering again.”
