“Shopping on line with Bell's shoes was a very positive experience. The shoes were deliverd the day after I ordered them. Unfortunately there was a problem with a seam and stitching but I spoke to a very helpful customer service adviser who reordered another pair for me. I then returned the shoes as directed and now await their replacement.”

“The shoes arrived very quickly, well packaged - however unfortunately were too big so sent them back the same day and received a refund very quickly (well, v quickly to Paypal, but still awaiting Paypal to release the refund to me!)”

“I was lookin for a certain pair of shoes and I found them. Delivery was fast, only 2 days! The fee (£ 8) is quite high. I will propably shop online again.”
