As your parcel was marked as 'delivered' by Royal Mail along with a picture and signature, when we then then raised a claim form with Royal Mail they would not cover it.

“I purchased what I thought was 6 bottles of the original Nivea face wash essentials with vitamin E as that is what the website was showing. I checked and checked this was correct before my order was placed as I knew Nivea had changed this product very recently to 'with lotus flower' which I cannot use, it causes me breakouts. I had been searching to see if anywhere had any original stock left of the essentials with vitamin E so when I came across Gordon's I was overjoyed and ordered 6. Sadly I am a disabled lady and housebound so unable to get out and about to look for this product. The parcel arrived - devastation - lotus flower. I e mailed Gordons and they immediately said I could return them and offered to reimburse me in full including postage. Sadly I have no way of getting down to the local post office to do this and advised Gordons that I would put it down to experience, but please to update their website. To my amazement Gordons replied immediately saying how sorry they were to learn if my situation and have refunded my costs for the products and offered me to donate what I have to a charity or family member. I still have them at the moment as I have yet to see anyone to be able to donate them but I will be doing so as soon as I see my local post girl as she is just lovely. I have to say, what an amazing company to deal with, refunding when I still have the goods even tho I know I cannot use them not many places would be prepared to do that. This was my first time using Gordins chemist but if I require anything in the future and they stock it I will be using them again to try to give a bit back. Wonderful business, amazing customer service, I cannot praise them enough. Thank you once again, so very much appreciated. Outstanding, above and beyond.”
