"Request a chargeback from your credit card provider. If you didn't pay by credit card, make a small claim online for a \u00a350-\u00a380 fee and they will settle in full including the fee and 8% interest per year (which you must specify) - no solicitor\/lawyer involved.\r\n\r\nTook 1 month from claim submission to settlement, which is faster than their complaints procedure. Go to the Citizens Advice website for further guidance.\r\n\r\nGotogate is a trading name owned by the company Flight Network UK Limited (company number 10329158). When you file your small claim online, address it to Flight Network UK Limited T\/A Gotogate.\r\n\r\nThey also won't respond to a GDPR Subject Access Request, so you can report them to the ICO if they don't respond in one month's time. 10\/10 would sue again."

"I booked return flights to Rio de Janeiro. On November 16th ,22 to flight August 16th, 23. \r\nIn July 23. When I contact the Airline for upgrade, I find out that I didn\u2019t have a return flight, I checked the booking confirmation from Gotogate, that shows that booked and paid for return flights. \r\nI first contacted Gotogate. To asking what was happening, and the LYED saying was a change made by the airline! And I have to pay e extra \u00a3150! After complaining a lot they dropped to \u00a3125. I then contact the airline (TAP) that send me the prouve that my return flight never been booked! \r\nGotogate even treated me after I paid the extra \u00a3125. if I did not send them a email confirming that I accepted the T&c they would not send me my flight details. \r\nRubbish, disappointed disgusted"

"I bought on their site attractive tickets for 2 A\/R Geneva\/Jakarta, 5 days before departure but with 2 stopovers. At check-in the cold shower, boarding refused because 2 stopovers in China and in this case you need a Visa... I call them urgently to find a solution (1st call: 22nd on the waiting list, after 25 minutes of patience and stress, I am told that there is no solution as it is up to the travelers to check the visa conditions). Yet when you search on the internet most of the information you find is that a French national does not need a visa to transit through China... With much more in-depth research you can realize that when there are 2 stopovers in China, the visa is obligatory). I point out to them on the phone that selling plane tickets with 2 stopovers in China 5 days before departure without taking the precaution of warning their potential customers that a Visa is mandatory is obvious theft, their answer is that they are sorry but do not give any solution! It's up to us to see with Air China....\r\nFortunately we came across a very competent and caring person in the Air China offices at Geneva airport who was able to take into account the amount spent and offer us the possibility of shifting our 4-day trip on departure and return with a largely affordable surplus... Otherwise we could only sit on 1900 \u20ac + the A\/R costs for the airport and reservations made in Indonesia...\r\nI have been traveling for years, this was the first time I went through Gotogate and the last!\r\nA big thank you, however, to this adorable person from Air China in Geneva who did his best to find a solution even outside of his working hours!"

"Warning to deal with Gotogate:\r\n\r\nMy name is Walid Khourshid, I\u2019m writing my review and comments, just to avoiding other\u2019s peoples to face a problem with this agent, since I booked a flight through them website\/Sky scanner.\r\nFirst thing when I reached Lisbon Airport\u2019s to travel from Lisbon to Dammam, but the counter staff denying boarding, and missed the flight, I tried to use the support if customer service through the live chat but they do nothing, informing me to contact with Aegean Airlines in Greece. After one 30 minutes in hold with international call, the requested me to contact with Gotogate agent to process refund through them, again I called them to find solution of my problem by refunding money or changing my flight, but no answer and no support at all, they requested me to buy new tickets since the previous one not refundable, I purchase a new tickets for the same destination with almost 100% extra of the first booking, just to solve my problem to attend my job on time. But I wrote this comments to let peoples far from Non respected agent like them, to avoided what I faced.\r\nOrder codes for 2 booking (MC9RLE & MCJBF1).\r\nThanks"

"1.\tOn 26 June 2022 I bought 6 Wizz Air tickets for me and my son:\r\na.\tfrom Tel-Aviv to Venice on 16 September 2022 (HB8Z2S)\r\nb.\tfrom Bologna to Budapest on 24 September 2022 (Z8WVQR)\r\nc.\tfrom Budapest to Tel-Aviv on 24 September (DD1TWP)\r\nd.\tthere was not direct return flight\r\n2.\tOn 29 August 2022, Wizz Air canceled the flight from Bologna to Budapest.\r\n3.\tThere wasn't another flight from Bologna to Budapest and I wrote Wizz Air that we cannot use the continuation flight from Budapest to Tel-Aviv.\r\n4.\tI bought 2 Wizz Air tickets from Rome to Tel-Aviv (JMCM7B), and 2 train tickets from Bologna to Rome.\r\n5.\tThe tickets from Rome to Tel-Aviv were bought directly at Wizz Air website. The other tickets were bought at the website of Gotogate.\r\n6.\tGotogate refused to give a refund and forwarded us to Wizz Air.\r\n7.\tWe haven't received any refund\/compensation for the 4 tickets (1b & 1c).\r\n8.\tIt is a pity that I must spend so much time and energy on this issue."

"Booked a flight from Chiangmai to Singapore and it was a connecting flight.\r\n\r\nFirst flight: 2UC8CS 13:05 - 14:25 had a delay big time and resulted me unable to catch on my second connecting flight - 47TJTX.\r\n\r\nGoToGate's reply was they will help me get a refund and it's all just talk. They ignored me thereafter, replies to my emails were just as bad. All they claimed is the first flight's delay did not affect my second flight and hence no refund.\r\n\r\nThis is total bull$#*! and clearly a planned scam by GotoGate. Look it up alot more people are getting scammed by this Airline daily.\r\n\r\nReference Code: LYQ9P1"
