Hi I'm looking to rent a car with you at rapid city airport . How late are you open for collecting ? Do you allocate me the name of the company when I book ? It just says exclusif next to the car . Are there any other charges apart from the cost shown which is very competitive . Thank you

I have rented a car from Denver airport Reference GotRentalCars : 356710954 for 15 days 5/06/25 - 20/06/25 Please can you supply me with the cost of excess car hire insurance from Dollar and cover?

Hi ,on the 31/08/2025 hired a car from rental premium in Naples reference :SUL3263, we booked the car for 11:00am, Booking Voucher 920994468, when we got to rental place, there was no car available, I asked the gentlement why , he said we have a problem , the people are going to return the car in 1 hours time, u got to wait, well it was 12:30pm when we got the car, instead of the manual transmission we were given an automatic, the Gentlement said also that is going to be a charge for later return,then on the desk I was asked to pay £12euros extra per day because I was 69 years old ( , which I was 68 when I booked the car on 23/03/2025),on your rental agreement u state, Driver REquirements and local policies, that is not true, because the week before I rented a car from a Company NOLEGGIARE in Naples with StressFreeCar Rental, there was not mention of LOcal policies, Also when I returned the car was in the morning the 11/09/205 at 08:30am, instead of 11:00 am, can I be rewarded for that?, by removed the the £12euros per day that I paid, I also like to say that the service we received was good. The only thingh that I was disappointed was , 68 years old when I booked the car in March , got to the rental company Charged with extra money.Please contact me. I am so desspointed on got rentals for their services. I need my money back and looking forward to get yr nos I have reported this matter to the police . How can you take my money before getting the services
