“Early stages of useing grafter at the moment but seems to work well need to search through the jobs most don’t pay enough needs to be over 100£ a day to cover tax. But the work is generally more relaxed”

“The website details are really good helpful and clear, although I felt that I could have done with a bit more guidance of how to go about seeing to my tax and National Insurance as a first time, self employed person. I appreciate that you have posted a link to a company that deals with tax, but I would imagine that it comes at a price. I have been trying to sort it through the government websites and it is a bit of a struggle at the moment, but I am sure it will all become clear in time! My job with Hiplock (based at Qpac Packaging) was really good and well organised. John Abrahams is a really friendly bloke! We were given the Health and Safety run down and tour ( Hi-Viz jackets were issued ). Tea and coffee were laid on throughout the day and we were given a lunch break ( there are nearby convenience stores and a sandwich van came 'round, mid-morning). The two other "grafterworkers" with me, were also excellent - Pete from Solihull and Sam from Erdington - and they did travel some distance to work ( Pete came in his car and Sam by train ). Pete said that he has used your services before and has had no problems. My wages went into my bank account on the same day, which was a surprise - a comfort and a bonus! Also, that review of my work from John, which was good of him ; looks good on the profile! This has been a really good experience and I would be able to recommend "Grafternow" to other job seekers. I am sorry you didn't realise that, it is not only in the terms and conditions, but also on the home page and the 'Hire Grafter' pages of our website. It is also in the instructions for how to use the service in a few places in the help section. We obviously have to charge for the service in order to pay for it, but we are proud of the fact that we can help people find and hire people at a fraction of the cost of a temp agency or job board, we definitely don't try to hide it!
