“We ordered patio furniture including a wood chair and loveseat. The loveseat came broken. The second one came broken, and the third turned out to be a black table. We decided to order two chairs instead of the loveseat. One of the chairs came broken. We sent it back and asked that one set of cushions be canceled. Both sets of cushions were canceled and we had to reorder and go to the back of the line. The cushion is supposed to arrive Monday, almost two months since we started dealing with them. We also just got the financial part settled, although I think we were shorted a few dollars (hard to tell, since the shipping is not itemized). I do think the customer and her ice was very good and extremely responsive, but the warehouse, packaging and shipping were a nightmare.”
