“As may happen for many I was trying to track down some bottles of a beer I had come across, I contacted Mark via email and he was very helpful, locating the right product and offering me an excellent deal even though the beer in question was not part of the regular range. the communication was excellent and I srtongly recommend giveing the Great British Beer Co a try. The only problem is choosing from the selection.”

“As I'm married to a man who likes his beer and is a bit fussy about what he drinks, these people are a godsend. I like the fact that they are just down the road from is and so I can support local business too. They were excellent at keeping me up to date on the progress of my order too. The only thing that lets them down is their choice of courier... so far they have failed to deliver when I was at home (lights on, curtains open) and then not turned up on the rearranged date. Sadly still waiting for my order, but its not their fault!”

I'm sorry you feel we didn't honour the 10% off your first order. There is a code you have to enter at the basket stage of your order INTRO10%. We can credit your account/card with the appropriate amount or you can use the code on another order.

I know we have spoken on the telephone already with regards to this and have credited you for the missing item and a little bit more by way of an apology.
You shouldn't have received the order at all, it really should have come back to us so we could resend an intact parcel. This is something we have taken up with our couriers.

“Unable to contact the company by telephone is a real issue. Have emailed twice but not received a response. I ordered an e gift voucher yesterday afternoon, which I needed to put in a friend/colleagues card before he left work at lunchtime today. I would have expected this to be emailed straight away as soon as I paid for it. This could have been resolved in time if I was able to contact the company by telephone, as they clearly are not replying to emails promptly.”
