“Unable to contact the company by telephone is a real issue. Have emailed twice but not received a response. I ordered an e gift voucher yesterday afternoon, which I needed to put in a friend/colleagues card before he left work at lunchtime today. I would have expected this to be emailed straight away as soon as I paid for it. This could have been resolved in time if I was able to contact the company by telephone, as they clearly are not replying to emails promptly.”
