“Order came with one broken bottle that had been removed prior to me recveing it and box was soaked and damaged and had been wrapped in cellophane prior to despatch items I received were ok”

I know we have spoken on the telephone already with regards to this and have credited you for the missing item and a little bit more by way of an apology.
You shouldn't have received the order at all, it really should have come back to us so we could resend an intact parcel. This is something we have taken up with our couriers.
We like to pride ourselves on our customer care and it looks like we have fallen short of your expectations. Would you be able to let us know what we could or should have done differently?
