“Jorden was extremely helpful during the ordering process and went above and beyond when my product arrived with manufacturing defects. He coordinated a return of two pallets of product and even had the manufacturer call me to ensure that they would rectify the situation. He honored the sale price I paid to replace the damaged product with a different one and ensured that it was manufactured in a different facility and had a quality check before shipping. He has also been a helpful resource for a couple of installation questions. As a real estate professional, I wish all vendors were like Jorden.”

“I can not praise this company enough! I shopped the big box stores and our local independent flooring companies. I found the product I wanted, COREtec Pro Plus Bradford Bamboo, at a local store. On a whim, I came home and "googled" it and stumbled upon GreenFlooringSupply. They were advertising a great sale price. I hesitated a little about making a major purchase online with a company located clear across the country that I knew nothing about, but decided to call to see how their customer service seemed. I spoke with Jorden on a Saturday. He patiently answered all my many questions. When I finished the call, I was sold on going with this company. From start to finish, it was a great experience. I saved at least 25% over the local pricing. I was kept informed on shipping dates and delivery details. The flooring was delivered to my driveway and rolled into my garage on a pallet. It was installed two weeks ago and I still can't stop admiring how great it looks. “Could not be happier with the service provided by this company - Jorden, in particular, is a delight to work with. I needed floors for a remodel quickly and had called around several places, all of which wouldn’t be able to get them to me for 7-8 weeks. This company was able to get me floors much sooner and they priced matched. After putting in my order, it appeared only part of the order would arrive in time (Covid has really complicated shipping). Jorden called me right away to let me know and game planned how to get me the rest of my order the quickest. I really appreciated the timely communication and effort to brainstorm solutions with me. After coming to a plan that worked for me, Jorden ended up working his magic and getting me my full order ahead of schedule somehow.
