"I received the wrong goods, but not only that the items that did arrive, were broken. I reported it on the day the delivery arrived and over a week later, I am waiting for customer services to respond to me and confirm that either an exchange or a refund would be offered. I would have been happy to accept an exchange, as I understand mistakes happen, but it's now too late, as the birthday the products were purchased for was 10 days ago. Where is my refund?"

We were at the Rushbrooke Arms quite a long while and the food was reasonable for pub food the young waitress Ashanti looked after us all the time she was very good in getting drinks when needed a good afternoon/evening.
