Good morning to you. I would want to ask how to regularize my stay in uk as I applied last year for FLR Even though I was an overstayer since 2013 on a visitor Visa, but was refused with No In country Appeal... My case was certified as truly unfounded and was advised to leave the country. The Home office also seized my Nigerian Passport even though my Wife/partner of over 2 years is British... and we are still trying for a Baby..she has been recently Booked for An IVF Treatment on the NHS Though... Please Advise what next step to take as you have been Highly recommended and I have read many Good reviews about your Firm... Thanks..pls reply

if a person has been overstay in uk for 4 years after she came uk for 8 years , and she is single at the moment , is there any chance she can regulated her visa
