Don't rent any car from them. Very bad service. My wife and I rented a car in toronto airport and our flight is delayed. They already closed when we landed. I gave them a call next morning immediately and agreed to pay 1-day rental fee, but they got all money and disagreed to refund the rest. Very bad

My Ryanair flight was delayed and when I attempted to phone the number supplied a recorded message said the number was unattainable. I therefore could not inform the rental agents of my late arrival and they closed before I could get to their office. The next day I was told my booking was cancelled. I have since been unable to get aa refund from booking.com.
Fix your landlines!!!

Green Motion Edinburgh Airport tell me it takes 2 weeks to refund deposit after return of car. This has blocked use of my credit and I incur additional charges.
