“I was sent webbing (belt) that was to wide for the buckle... I emailed GRIP6 about the mistake, and have yet to receive an answer back it's been a month now, and I can't wear my belt... bummed 😞”

“Order shipped on June 17, today is July 26, still not delivered. If you offer free shipping, please make sure that you do not take the worst option of DHL or whoever it is. I would frankly have prefered to pay for the shipping instead of that. Of course, I sent email both to DHL and to Grip6, no answer. That's just a shame and I am so disappointed.”

“This belt is a bit fiddly to put on and tighten, but worse than that it doesn’t stay snug. After a few hours it’s just hanging floppily on my waist. I thought it might need a breaking-in period, so I gave it a few days. No improvement. Thankfully Grip6 let me return it for a refund.”

“I ordered I believe 6/24 and to date have recieved nothing! I have no faith in this company what so ever....if you feel like giving your money away by all means shop with them”

“Products are great. However, delivery to countries where postal service is extremely inefficient (Mexico in my case) is a nightmare and the customer support from grip6 completely useless. Grip 6 should offer better delivery options for clients in such situation. I doubt I'll ever order again.”
