“Ordered a GRIP6 pack back in July for delivery to Sydney, Australia. Never arrived and when I contacted customer service was advised that they have it as delivered. Work out a more robust delivery system outside the continental US and I might consider reordering! . EDIT - The product was finally delivered however there was NO further communication from the company. I do NOT hold the delay in delivery against the company, but what I am unhappy about is the complete lack of any further communication. The company policy states ... . "As a company that considers our customers part of our family, your review actually makes a difference. We strive to provide nothing less than an amazing experience. Need help with anything? We are always glad to help out." ... You need to LIVE your company statements. The product is great ... customer communication is less than pathetic!”

“After talking on the phone and explaining the problem and the make of the shower the engineer turned up, spent an hour looking at his phone and then said "sorry mate can't get the parts". Talked to the manager and he was insistent that the £120 was non refundable as it was a call out only. I eventually ordered the part directly from Mira and got it fitted two days later by a proper plumber. Avoid at all costs!!”

“The strong smell of formaldehyde permeating the belts prevents me from using them. I had to return the belts due to the toxic chemicals. :( Please consider providing a non-toxic belt webbing. Katy Young”

“I would like to review the product. I have not received yet, and the true problem is that there is no one responsible. I am aware of the delivery delays but I think you can give options for shipping the product, even if I have to pay extra. I was really into the product and unfortunately I may not be using it ever. Your shipper used the national post services and is the worst option possible for delivery into Mexico. Maybe you can disclose this information before taking the order. I really believe is an amazing product but I believe I will never receive it!”

“I tried to log into my account and it said wrong password. Then when I req a password reset: no user account found. Tried setting up new user account: that user already exists! I know it’s me!!! Frustrated”

“I like the looks and the simple concept of the Grip6 belt. Having said that the one major flaw I found was the inability to tighten the belt. I watched the videos and could not get the belt tight. With holding up your pants being the major reason to wear a belt tight. I went back to a ratchet belt. I wish it would have worked.”
