“Never got a chance to try? I was accused of having a wrong CVV on my PayPal? After I got email confirming my order and another email saying it was fraud caught by there system? The fact that I got reimbursed and they paid the paypal refund fee would tell them its a good account. Pretty ignorant becasue you need to enter that info before you can even use paypal. I've had my paypal since 2006. Never again!!”

“Very poor product. The ejector mechanism is annoying because pushing it too hard will shoot cards out, and closing too fast will catch the cards before falling back in. The problem is "too fast" and "too slow" is normal person speed, so to get the mechanism to work you have to go REALLY slow both opening and closing which is so annoying for a wallet, which should require zero thinking to operate. The metal (aluminum?) scratched very easily, the leather section is difficult to keep cash or additional cards in and has a sloppy fit on the metal, and the wallet ripped through my pocket after 4 hours of sitting (on metal bleachers, so not necessarily the wallets fault but is a major downside of rigid wallets in general). All this for twice the cost of a normal wallet even with a 20% discount... It's a wallet. It shouldn't cause so much frustration. Edit: I almost forgot to mention the wallet becomes useless with any amount of sand. If sand gets in the mechanism you have to squeeze very hard and bang it on a hard surface and hope sand shifts enough to get your cards out”

“After two attempts I still received the wrong belt buckle, I ordered the USA Gun Metal buckle and instead they send me the regular Flag Buckle. You literally just have to look at the pictures to tell the difference. Customer service was nice but wish they knew the difference in their products…”

Devin, I'm so sorry for the confusion! Your picture shows a gunmetal grey flag belt buckle. You are saying you got a black flag belt buckle, but that is actually not a black buckle you received. Both buckles we sent you were gunmetal grey flag belt buckles. I am sorry it was not what you expected. We sent you what you ordered as shown on the website, and the replacement we sent was also what you asked for. If there is a specific change you'd like on the buckle, we could totally do that. But I'm not sure how else to fix this (other than refunding your order) when we are sending you grey buckles and you are saying they are black. As discussed via email, we are giving you a full refund. I am sorry what you received was not what you expected. If there is anything further we can do to make this right, please let us know. Geno, I’m so sorry you haven’t received your order and I will make sure this gets delivered or we send out a replacement. I hope you can understand that we have no control over delays in the shipping time, or else we would have made sure your package was delivered sooner. I just checked your tracking and it looks like it was handed off to USPS back in April. I'm not sure why they still haven't delivered it, it must have gotten lost in the mail. “Give it low rating because belt is design for slim men , I'm a overweight man with belly belt will not keep it tension and belt buckle flips when bending , You should clarify belt design for slim males not men with stomach gut like me . Well that $64 well not spent .”

“Customer service is excellent! Product not so much. I returned a pair of ankle socks size large, they sent me a return label and paid postage. The exchanged pair was an xl, but I can't tell that its any bigger! The belt is pricy compared to an Under Armor brand at Zappo's for $20. So I couldn't recommend them.”

“Unfortunately I find myself giving a poor review even though I absolutely love these socks. The only problem I have with them is that they are too short. If they were just 1” higher on the ankles they would be perfect . For me they are too short wear they are not wearable which is really a bummer because they are of high quality”

“This belt is the worst belt I’ve ever purchased! I carry a Walther PPS 9 mm and with white dress pants this bell needed to be adjusted every 15 minutes! I wore it for three hours and thank GD I never will wear it again if I can ever help it. I look forward to the moment when I return this piece of junk!”
