I contacted Groupon to ask for an update, I said could I have either a refund or for them to get the company to contact me.

Took my money never delivered the item and now won't reply to my messages for a refund. Basically committed fraud.

I purchased two airport lounge vouchers for $14. The text of the offer implied there were no additional fees. When I went to redeem the vouchers I was presented with an additional bill of $233 each for a total of $466. When I asked for a refund, I was blown off with a bot or boilerplate denial. This is a scam.

Groupon sells illegal licenses, and then when they get caught you loose out on the service they sold, and they wont offer a refund. Apparently they are a scam website as of 2023.

The pressure washing company was very deceitful in their ad saying for $49 you could save $125 on the job. Then when you call them for an appointment they tell you would have to pay them an additional $300 dollars for them to do the job. Groupon supported this deception and would not refund the amount paid to them. It is a scam and will reach out to BBB.

Groupon is selling many vouchers from crooked merchants. A lot of hidden fees are not disclosed on the vouchers. The crooked merchant tried to charge me $25 extra not listed on the voucher. Groupon refused to refund my money. Groupon is a bad company. Do not buy from Groupon. They have very bad and lousy customer service.

And Groupon acts as a third party and they told me there is nothing they can’t do beside kindly contact the merchant to see can refund me the money or not.

Horrible experience! I bought a massage, the merchant was a show at my appointment. Then Groupon refused to refund. They forced me to reschedule with this unprofessional merchant who wasted my time. Don't buy on Groupon!
