I did not ask for a refund as it clearly stated that there were "no refunds".

Ordered 2 of an item, only 1 came. Did a live chat with them and they refunded the whole purchase price and I could keep the 1 item. Not sure if redeeming the refund will be simple but going on their performance so far, I have high expectations.

A brilliant site full of wonderful discounts to keep the family entertained. The ‘online chat’ facility is fantastic for resolving any issues e.g. if a retailer closes down before you use your voucher they are quick to refund you once informed! :)

On the rare occasions there has been any sort of problem Groupon has sorted it out quickly and efficiently and solved it or made a refund.

problem with a purchase,i contacted them about this and they acted quite quickly ,just asking to send photos of the problem .they replied within three days and because the stock of the item i had ordered was sold out.they offered me the choice of either a full refund or a fifteen pound refund if i wanted to keep my order(it was where it had been packed and had scuff marks on it which were really out of sight and did not really affect it )so all is well

I had a problem with a faulty hosepipe. I used the online chat to discuss my options. I was going to return it but then was told I couod have a full refund. No fuss easily resolved great customer service.
