“I had my Coinbase wallet wiped out in a single transaction. I didn't know what to do and couldn't get a hold of Coinbase support Teams. This transaction emptied out all my Ethereum and Bitcoin. This was not me and I needed help after losing roughly 821,000 dollars. I went to the police to file a report and they also failed to help me. A gentleman at the stiction walked up to me and handed me a note that contained an Email address (lisaellzabet 662 @ gm ail . com) and this number(+1 301 658 0921) he told me this recovery company could help me. And truly after getting in touch them and submitting every documentation within 72 hours i got a mail she was able to recover all my funds and also revealed the men behind the dirty act. I wish to let everyone know that it is possible to get your money back if you contact the right person and follow instructions.”
“Bought my previous cockpit from here and the experience was great.
Ordered a new Prime Cockpit and it only partially arrived. Missing an entire box and shows as never shipped
Now waiting to see if anyone will respond to the many emails, form requests and FB Messenger attempts I have sent inquiring about the 3rd box. Consumer response is non existent. Can’t imagine a warranty issue?
Should have just bought another brand locally.
I have a bunch of useless metal in now that
will sit around until I can actually get someone to figure out when part 3 will arrive.
Here’s a good recourse in North America for the many other people that are also being ignored by GT Omega.

Also, reach out to your credit card company and start a claim for non delivery of materials.
What a garbage experience.”
“It Is Companies Like This Hurting Sim Racing
Where do I start. I hate to make this post but I just want to race and I would hate to see the same thing that happened to me happen to someone else. I saved up and ordered a cockpit from GT Omega and was like a kid on Christmas day waiting 3 hours outside for the mailman to arrive. Upon arrival the box was beat up and had 2 poles sticking out the side. I got the boxes inside & opened up then I started to put it together to find my rig was all scratched up and missing the wheel deck, seat bracket to attach seat and a side piece for the shifter mount. Not only that they sent me a set of instructions that was the same instructions customers have been complaining about for over a year with 2 step sevens no step 8 and no information on what bolts go where and to top it off it was walked over so many times some steps were unreadable. Great quality control. Their customer support is horrible. The website description stated 24 hours support but yet contact page says from 8am to 5pm but you only get replies on email from 7am to 10am about a 2-to-3-hour time frame if you're lucky. After going back and forth for 3 days I was told parts would take 1 to 2 weeks to come in so I asked for a new rig. I was told to take rig apart and box it back up and they would send me another. I took it apart and let them know I had it back into the box and they replied saying they were out of stock and can send parts even know they told me to pack it back up and they would send out another. I do not want parts for my scratched-up rig. Here I am 1 week after ordering the cockpit and still trying to deal with them in email about getting things sorted out. I tried to make a deal with them about sending out a upgraded prime that was in stock and I would add more money they didnt want to do that. they said they would give me a refund and send out a new cockpit then said they we not 100% clear and could not do that. It just discouraged me from sim racing in general just upset. This is just a brief explanation of what happened with GT omega I will be making a YouTube video that will be more detailed and show our conversations from start to end so you can see just how professional this company is. Clearly their bottom line is profit and they do not care about their customers.”
“Purchased chair and it was alright, about a year in it cracked around the thigh area after use. Warranty doesnt cover wear and tear at all for a 3 year warranty. I'd understand a 12-month full warranty would be ideal but they simply do not offer it.”
“In February 2021 I purchased an Art Cockpit with an XL RS seat and am very happy with the strength and durability of this product. After watching many videos and reviews it is clear that GT Omega have strengthened their weaknesses (the foot base is now solid steel and the instructions are in English). It only took 4 work days to deliver.”
“DONT BUY THIS CHAIR POOR QUALITY
Time photos was taken the chair was less than 12 months old so I would say the chair had splits before this time.
We purchased this chair for are son for his birthday he’s 14 less than 7 stone.
Warranty doesn’t cover according to service manager and what’s to charge us £40 for the bace.
Would think the chair and the price you pay would last longer.
Having to go down the legal route and have contacted Trading Standards.
Would consider buying elsewhere it taken me weeks to get a response from service and also a telephone call made to them.
Only had a response from a upload review from Trustpilot.
Company is appalling service management should be sacked.
See what you think from photos how long this defects would have got to this from the photos.”
