Do not trust these guys, the booster signed in to my account and signed in others. Now my destiny account is being shared.. Buyer Beware !!

Hey! Thank you for the review. I reviewed your order conversation and your booster discussed with you the potential to cross-save your account. You agreed to this and asked them to help you set it up. They talked you through the process and didn't do it themselves. I can assure you that your Destiny account is not being shared you can now access your same character on different platforms! We would never do something like this without your permission and we certainly wouldn't set it up for you as it requires sensitive information. Hope that clears everything up for you! Hey! Thanks for the review and also thank you for giving us the chance to rectify the mistakes made! For those reading, the booster didn't see the quantity marker on the order sheet. A silly mistake which led to customer dissatisfaction. As soon as we saw the review we began making amends and we were more than happy to complete 2 more GMs for this client totalling 3 total GM clears. If you ever notice something like this please don't be afraid to point it out to your booster via SMS or let us know via website chat! We're here to help!

Bad communication. took a week to complete a raid order. They are sketchy.

This customer purchased a Trials run over 3 months ago, we had a booster assigned to his order within 10 minutes of purchase. The booster reached out to this client in an attempt to get the security code that was sent upon a sign in attempt. This is where the issues began. For the rest of the weekend the booster never heard back from this customer regarding the code. When the Trials weekend came to a close the booster reached out to the customer again asking if the booster should complete the order the next available Trials weekend and if the customer would be around to give the code. A few days pass and finally the customer responds saying that, that will be fine. Trials weekend rolls around and the booster reaches out for the code to yet again no response for the entire weekend. This is where the admin team had stepped in and requested for a specific time that will be best to receive the code from this customer. For 3 months of copy pasting the same request to this customer we had no response back whatsoever. We finally came to the conclusion of taking this order out of the que so that other clients orders can be completed with the same expected speed they have come to know at Guardian Boost. Within hours of us removing this order from que this review was posted up. Leading us to believe a competitor made this order in an effort to leave a bad review and make Guardian Boost seem unreliable at completing orders as this customer seemingly had no intention of receiving his Trials loot and instead intended on leaving a bad review.
