“Very good reservation service. We love this Hotel, we stayed there in March 2018 when we were last in Barcelona. Very central, great rooms. Very excited to be going back”

“It is impossible to talk to a live person. I had booked the 170 king bed for my granddaughters wedding night and then went back to hang up on the Hilton honors call that I was on hold... apparently the reservation didn't go through and when I returned to your site you said there were no more 170 king rooms available...I am not happy. I will be calling Hilton honors and see what can be done.”
